“Rooms: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no information in the room regarding local sites, restaurants etc.. There was also no notepad or pen available in the room and these are thing I always use but do not want to have to go through the trouble of calling the front desk for. Also the front desk said that they did not have a few complimentary basic items which are typically provided by hotels if needed. I've been to less luxurious hotels and these items have been available to customers if needed.”
