“Coco was a breath of fresh air. We arrived after a 5-hour mechanical breakdown on the highway. She was so nice, so welcoming, and so eager to take care of all our needs including changing rooms for us. She didn't hesitate to do everything in her power to make us comfortable. I was soaking wet upon arrival from being on the ground working on a broke down car in a pouring rain storm. It was like an old friend greeted me and took care of us with no hesitation. What a wonderful person!Noteworthy details: Coco, at the front desk was so nice and welcoming.The breakfast bar the following morning needs improvement and help that cares.”

“I am now a Tru customer for life. The rooms are affordable yet clean and offer everything you would need. The breakfast was good for a hotel hot breakfast, my 6-year-old particularly liked the sprinkles on his pancake and hot bacon. The bed is COMFORTABLE, to the point I have asked them how and where do I buy the sheets. Cherry on top is every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful. What a breath of fresh air for the hospitality industry, nice job Midvale!”

“The room, a suite, was very nice. The bed was comfortable with very nice sheets. The spacious lobby and breakfast areas were clean. The hot breakfast was good. The only negative comment is that there was no coffee available in the lobby until the breakfast area opened.”

“I picked thus hotel because of the benefits of being a choice hotels member. The price was very agreeable and the location is convenient. There's two floors to this hotel but no elevator. So you'll have to let them know that you need a room on the first ”

“Overall it's a fine place to stay. Good location. Comparing it to the Staybridge Suites that is close by, I think Staybridge is a little better, a little fresher and newer feeling. To me, it comes down to your loyalty program preferences.”

“Never have I been prompted to do a review on the same place twice, but today I am first and foremost because not only has the ESA midvale fort union impressed the hell out of me, their hard work on getting this place up and going great is not unrecognized. I'm temporarily staying here waiting for my condo to move to. The level of friendly customer service ( they have been way under staffed and working long hours to keep customers happy) Gail the general manager is very professional ( nothing gets by her) but I'll say she is a genuine person who would help you if you needed she is running a tight ship. Tifney Campbell is the other manager who is such a sweetheart and makes you feel welcome and can run this place with her eyes blinded and hands tied ... * and the review about the man that was a fugitive that the federal marshals had to come get and basically tear gas and demolish 2 rooms ... let me say this to the person who gave the bad review for that : when the police come the feds u don't say shit, if they jump u say how high, this in no way shape or form had anything to do with the hotel staff , Tifney Gail and Paul the maitence guy did there very best and handled it like grace under pressure. Also I'd like to add the other assistant manager Keisha is very nice always knows how to fix any problem that may arise checking in or out ... This is by far my favorite extended stay in Utah I'll never stay at any one but this one the housekeeping is fantastic always clean bedding and towels. Do yourself a favor and skip the other extended stays you will just be disappointed. Fort union midvale location if I could give 10 stars I would. (* and they're always sweet to my service pet and give her treats ) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!! A customer forever Jade”

“I had to find a place to stay that was safe and quiet and clean .This hotel concerned me .But my mind has been changed the area is sketchy .But ,the rooms are very nice well kept by housekeeping .It is very quiet and I have not had one safety issue staying here.They have cameras they watch at the front desk .The front desk attendants are very professional and kind .It is close to WinCo and many other stores.Trax is within a short walking distance. Don't let the area discourage you from this establishment .It is well kept no bugs ,Good water pressure in the shower .Did I mention it is very quiet .”
