“Applied for a loan but due to circumstances beyond mine or the banks control, the application was sidelined for a time. When I got in touch with the staff in the lending department they worked extra hard to get the application, approval, and funds dispersed in less than 3 hours. When I went in to branch to complete the transaction, the staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me to meet my tight deadline.Thank you Amanda, Paula, Kala, and Andrew! As well as the others whom I can't remember.”

“I have recently been recovering from a scam. I have been banking at Copper Hills for >30 years. The branch manager, Douglas, as well as the tellers and other employees, have been very courteous and well prepared to assist as I go through the process. I recommend Copper Hills Zions.”
“I used Shawn Sloan to get a loan for a cabin in Bear Lake. He was great to work with and got the loan done smoothly. Mostly I appreciated that he would either always answer his phone or he would get back to me as soon as possible if he was busy. I would recommend using Shawn if you need to get a loan or refinance done.”

Emina is person you want to hand your accounts because of great service! She is friendly, smiling, able to respond to your questions and has knowledge.”
“Omg I just came here and I was helped by a super nice guy named Daniel, he helped me open my bank account for the first time, he didn't speak much Spanish but he helped me perfectly, he explained everything absolutely well, and I felt very comfortable with him, we need more workers like him. I recommend this place 100% and even more if you deal with workers like him. ♥️”

“Pretty good, though some customer service tellers (females mostly) have been very snippy and snooty with me like I was putting them out. Never had a male teller here treat me rudely, in fact they have been beyond ideal. Being a female myself, I think the women there need to be trained by the guys on what customer service is. All management male or female have been awesome, and very professional. Only thing I would be concerned about is the ATM. It swallowed my card and wouldn't give it back for no reason, and management said they can't help me, that it's not their ATM, it's a 3rd party. I wouldn't recommend using the ATM here.”
“I would like to give more than 5 stars for the service provided by David Cruz and his team on my loan process. when my process started David and his team gave me updates in every step with the process and closed the loan on time. Appreciate their help and i would recommend this branch.”
“We have been members with UFirst for years, and have really appreciated the service we receive. The branch manager knows us and remembers conversations we've had. When someone gained access to our account after we clicked on a bad email, the people at the credit union recognized the fraud very quickly and froze the account before too much damage was done. They were able to help us resolve it all, get new cards, and money restored to our accounts In a few days. They have been great!”

“The front desk staff were terrific; they greeted me immediately as I walked in and catered to my needs. Wan took time from her lunch and helped me with the account opening process, which took only about 30 minutes. She was tentative, making sure all of my questions were answered. Overall, the place has excellent services; it seems like they care about their customers much better than my other banks.”
“Had a fine experience here. Just came to get some checks printed. This location has a super strange set up inside though. When I first walked in, I almost thought they didn't have tellers. It's just a big wall straight ahead with a self service kiosk and a table. Turns out the tellers are to the right kinda shoved in the corner, and there are only two of them (which severely limits the amount of people that can be helped at once). It's like they were going for a "cool" modern feel to the building, but ultimately it just comes across to me as a bunch of empty space. I'm not a huge fan of all of it Though all the employees were super friendly and as I was standing in line, someone came over to ask how they could help me, and they were able to help which was nice.”
