“We went to Gerardo’s Auto Body right after a small accident to get some repairs done. I went to 5 different places to get estimates, his was by far the cheapest, and had the quickest turn around rate, AND it’s still under warranty.He got it fixed in three days, other places were quoting us 2-3 weeks.Admittedly, I was a little nervous, I had gotten my previous car repaired at Unique Auto Body after an accident, and there was issues with the paint not matching up. But to my surprise, when we picked up my car, it looked brand new! Everything that we had discussed had been fixed and you couldn’t even tell it had work done to begin with! “The wife and I stopped here because my Jeep rear lights went out. As we were telling the guy at the counter our vehicle information, Rudy walked by and made sure it was the correct information. He then went to grab the light bulbs and offered to switch them for us since we had no idea how to do it. It was cold and snowing and he seemed happy to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure they worked before we drove off. He is an amazing worker and human being for helping us the way he did. It’s hard to find great, let alone excellent customer service now a days! We will definitely be stopping by at this autozone for our car needs!”

“They did an incredible job!A couple of years ago I had my car painted at Maaco auto body and at the time it was alright, but this year it started rusting and a lot of the paint chipped off.I decided I needed to get it repainted and I found Continental. They said they would prep, paint, and do paint correction on the whole car for me for a great price! This was great because I couldn’t find anyone else who was willing to do without spending and arm and a leg.The service was incredible! The car was prepped and painted in a weeks time and then I took it back in a month later, after the paint cured, for paint correction and he did an amazing job! I feel bad because he probably had to fix the prep work that I did for that Maaco paint job, and I can tell you he did a much better job.I decided to wait 3 months before posting this review because last time my car started to chip after just 1 month. This time was different! It had held up really well and looks like it did the day I picked it up!I had an overall amazing experience and they have earned my business for years to come!”

“Forget parts stores, get your alternator remanufactured here.They had it done in 3 hours and it was $100 cheaper than a similar quality reman at a part store. They replaced everything but the strator and rotor, many "rebuilt" alternators only have the failed part replaced and leave the rest of the parts to fail soon.”

“I NEVER leave reviews, however the staff here is ONE OF A KIND!!!! I was having issues with my battery 2 months ago. I just made it in before they closed. I told the lady working the store asst mngr don’t kill me I kno ur closing but I need my battery checked I had to jump it today. She said NO PROBLEM!!! Battery was good and she checked my alt too and it was good. Was personable fun to talk too and never rushed me. We checked oil & added a quart. Bc she was so pleasant I went back tonight. Now that same battery needed a jump 2x today. Walked in 20 mins before close AGAIN. Out comes OSCAR. Don’t kill me I know my battery is low so can we grab some tools and get it charging?? NO PROBLEM MY FRIEND!!!” Let me grab my coat I got you!!” We joked as we took it out and I practiced my Spanish with Oscar. Then Glenn jumped in n helped us get it changing since 15 mins was btr than no mins. Long story longer. My situation in life currently is CHALLENGING!!! My battery was shot!!! Glen throughly explained what happens over time to battery’s and why it wouldn’t charge Oscar and Glen went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I walked out with a NEW BATTERY tonight!!!!!!! I can’t thank Oscar enough for what he did to help me and restore in me that there are angels even at Auto Parts Stores. This staff has the BEST attitude I have EVER encountered. I normally can’t stand the grumpy annoyed auto parts employees. These guys are ALWAYS great!!! I will not spend a penny anywhere but with this store bc $$ talks and I can’t thank Oscar and Glenn enough for their kindness!!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! The end….”

“I purchased a battery for my car about 1 month ago.Everything worked just fine until very recently I went to pick up a cake for a Birthday party.I went to start my car and it was completely dead. I was able to get the car next to me to try to give me a jump start but nothing worked, battery was dead. Ifigured it must be something with the connection. I called Advanced Auto parts and spoke with the manager Rico, I explained what was happening and that I was stuck from what I thought was a battery that was perhaps installed incorrectly. Rico was so kind and such a lifesaver to drive out to the location where I was. It turned out that one of the cables was very rusted and no longer contacting the battery properly. Rico cleaned the rust off and my car started perfectly. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the absolutely wonderful help and service I received. I know it's not their job to come out to a location but Rico did that and he truly saved my day. I will always come back to this location and refer my family and friends if they need a battery or parts. Thanks again Rico!!!”

“I came in at 8:45 pm just before closing to buy a car battery. Jeff, let me know what tools I would need to swap out the battery, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't have the tools and let him know I was stranded at the gas pump up the street with a dead car, and a stranger had given me a ride to even purchase the battery, and I was going to have to so the best I could. Just after 9 p.m., with multiple people all trying to help and only having screw drivers, Jeff pulled up asking if we needed help and had brought his tools to get the job done.It's rare these days to find people that go above and beyond, let alone representing a company. Jeff really saved my evening and put a smile on my face! I definitely will be going back to this Autozone for any of my auto parts needs!Thank you, Jeff!”
