“I had a backhoe thumb that I bent and I also messed up the pin holding the thumb on. I called and talked to Larry and he basically said they could fix anything. I brought the thumb in and Mike in the shop was more helpful than anyone I have ever worked with. They sent the pin to get machined and straightened the thumb - all within one week. For a large shop they did an amazing job helping someone that they will probably never work with again. I called other shops and they really did not even wanted to talk to me. “I bought a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro s-line because my son wanted it. It was 14 years old and looked great. It had a suspension issue and After Audi of (sounds like knee high) looked at it and quoted me $1300 which seemed reasonable but i was told by a friend to just check out German Auto Specialists. Vincen and Kaden looked at it told me it would cost $300 for the exact same service and I have been a loyal customer ever since.No mechanic can predict the future but a good one will make recommendations based on years of working on cars that are similar. “My appointment was at 10 am. They didn't start work on my vehicle until around 10:45 am. It took over 2 hours to complete the installation and order. I had been told it would take 45 minutes by the new front desk service agent. She apologized for the delay and another service agent took over when the work was completed; she was very knowledgeable and customer service friendly and helped me confirm that the product I chose was acceptable. They also offer a 30-day return/exchange, if dissatisfied. So far, so good. I like the Burt Brothers Bundle that they offer with the purchase. Other than the time delay, I'm a happy customer.”
