“Just shopped for uniforms for our fifth year. Service was always just okay, however my last trip last week was exceptional. Walking into the uniforms section, I had the sweetest young man eagerly ask if he could make things easier helping me find what I needed. I’m well seasoned when it comes to shopping there, so I excused him and mentioned I’ll find him if I needed anything.
Inventory was comforting, I hate feeling like I have to scrounge. Prices were comparable. One sweet young lady ran back a few times looking for items and never lost her patience in the chaos of back to school or through the sea of frazzled parents and children.
There was a problem printing my receipt and the cashier was so worked up, I assured him I am patient and taking a picture of my receipt from the computer is just fine by me.
Well suited young kids for the job. Kind. Patient. And thankfully, helpful. It was a pleasant experience, especially when back to school shopping can feel soul sucking.”
“Wow! I'm like a kid in a candy store! There are great toys in every aisle. Unbelievable selection of most of anything you could need. Staff are extremely helpful and patient with the novice home repair DIY-er, like me. Prices are not always the best but expert service is worth it. Plenty of parking including handicap spots. Standard Plumbing closes earlier than the ACE Hardware side.”
