We are converting the tube for the washer and dryer to be used for a sink, which is confusing and required all kinds of vocabulary we don’t have!Thank goodness for Mark! He was so helpful, a great teacher, and showed no signs of being irritated or frustrated despite all of our questions! He seemed happy to help and it seems he loves to use his brain and extensive knowledge of hardware to solve difficult puzzles like we had today.Honestly everyone we spoke to in the short time we were there was very friendly and provided great service. Don't ask a question to an associate if they are anywhere within 30 min of the end of their shift cause they will make it known to all associates that pass by how they are being put out by helping you when they still have 30 min left before they can clock out. (Updating to 4 stars as I had an associate 30 min of his shift ending tonight that was willing to help me with an order, he only mentioned his shift was about to end)”

“They have everything you need, nice employees, and have added safety windows for all the clerks. They’re good at shipping things quickly, also. Only negative is they are not requiring masks on customers and the store is too crowded to successfully practice social distancing.”
