I don't have anything bad to say, but they be wasting money, advertising an "every friday in november is black friday" on ksl, and I couldn't find a customer service email to inform them.

I gave the service writer a good laugh at my situation. He solved it in half a second. Who knew if I put my leather gloves on the dashboard, it would dim my dash lights and go back to normal when the gloves slid sideways and back! I felt like such a dimwit.
