“Like many BW hotels, the only staff member on site in the early evening is a desk manager. Any and all issues are to be dealt with by this one individual. This is just not acceptable. I have complained in the past and will continue to do so in the future. There should always be at least two employees on site to deal with customers' needs.”

“would have been wonderful if two things were different first
i really miss bar soap and hope holiday inn would consider having some for sale in concessions if unable to provide in the room
and the second is if the breakfast continues to be stocked until the end of the service”
