“Stayed here two times on a road trip, there and on my way back. Sarahlynn checked us in and was amazingly helpful and friendly with all my questions and everything. Clean and nice smelling rooms.”

“This is a good Fairfield - no funny smells, nice and clean, no true suites but the two queen plus pull out couch does seem larger / longer than most. Nice size rooms, and good showers with tall shower heads and a good amount of pressure. Gym has great views at sunset. This is our third stay here and it’s a little nicer than the Townplace Suites next door if you’re Marriott Bonvoy member.”

“Not a whole lot to say about this place. Solid hotel, the rooms were great, the conference center was really nice as we're here for business. The gym is superb, and the pool and jacuzzi are great as well. All around is just a good hotel and definitely would come back again. Also, Love Provo.”

“i really enjoyed my stay here actually! the location was great, it was so close to many restaurants and grocery and the mills. the service was pretty good and responsive. they have breakfast in the morning which is nice. i really liked the vibe and interior of it in general, it felt pretty cozy. the pool area looked really nice and clean. as well as the gym though the gym was pretty small.only thing that concerned me was they put me in a first floor room that had a window that seemed really easy to get into from the outside. as a woman traveling solo, it did freak me out a bit especially since there was only half a bar and a thin screen to stop the window from opening up completely. i was debating to ask for a room change but ultimately decided against it. the area was safe enough after asking my local friends and i didnt end up having any trouble or worries after that. still, it might be nice to invest in a more secure window system for the first floor rooms.Rooms: rooms were big and spacy, many had both microwave and minifridge while some just had a minifridgeNearby activities: many restaurants and groceries and even little shops near. also the roller mill.Safety: i believe it was pretty safe area in general. i didn't feel any concernWalkability: very walkable. across the street to many places really, it was very nice! so many restaurants and even a grocery storeFood & drinks: they have some microwavable meals and snacks and drinks available to buy next to the counter. there's a microwave there too and in some rooms.”

“I stayed here for almost a week and was mostly impressed with the experience. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, hence the 3 stars. If it wasn’t for that, I would have given 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast was really good with a good variety of items each morning. There was also complimentary water and tea throughout the day. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all really nice and professional as well. As far as location, the hotel is close to everything you’d need (to include restaurants and stores within walking distance. The best perk overall was being able to walk outside every morning and look at the beautiful mountain view!”

“Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, free EV charging. Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel as my stay was just a stop over while road tripping back to Canada. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to stay here again.”

“My husband and I have stayed here three times and plan on coming back in the future. It's a unique and fun B&B tucked away in Provo. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and big jetted tubs. The people there are so nice and make it a fun, personal experience. Breakfast is delicious and it's nice talking to new people. We love it!”

“I have stayed here on average of two times a year for the past 15 years. They have always striped to update and keep things clean.Having kids it's always been important to have a nice hot tub and pool and they have lived up to that expectation over the years there's maybe been once or twice that the pool has been cold due to maintenance.Nice, simple, clean, affordable. Thanks AllanRooms: Clean”

“CLEAN! The most important thing is a clean room, bed, & bathroom. 5 stars on that, THANK YOU! Good price & easy location near highway. Hotel is very dated though, cracks in sink, really needs fresh paint, furniture could be updated. But we had a comfy bed & clean room & that made it good for us!”

“We, unfortunately, had to cancel due to a medical emergency. The reservations and customer service were all really nice to deal with. They handled everything so smoothly and were incredibly understanding. We really appreciate the great service and will definitely keep visiting Motel 6 locations when we travel”

“I had to stay here for a whole month for work, nice cheap hotel. Right off the highway and close to restaurants and a Walmart, very accurate to the pictures I think it was recently renovated. Always clean and if I needed towels or anything they were super quick to give them to me. Really nice family running it and the front desk. Always had nice hot water.”

“Easy walk to LES for the BYU football game. Check in was quick, the room was sufficient and clean. Bathroom and heater did their jobs. Check out was quick. The only drawback was the free continental breakfast, it lacked protein and variety. Breakfast was sub-par.”

“Given that my previous edit of this review was rather negative, one would imagine that I'd never come back to this hotel. Funny enough, I found myself in a very similar situation that I was in back in 2019, and did end up staying at this hotel again for 2 weeks. During that time, I was quite impressed with the improvements that were made since my last stay here! The staff was responsive, and had no issues extending my stay on the multiple times that doing so was needed. While there were still some issues with the room I stayed in, it had none of the issues I had reported previously, and they were nearly unnoticeable in my day-to-day.Truth is, this place is perhaps the cheapest hotel you're going to find in Provo, and for the price it honestly isn't bad. Sure, there's no free breakfast or fancy cable to the TV's, but those are things I didn't need. They more than make up for it by offering such a low rate, and they even have the ability to take payments via Venmo (I didn't use that to pay for my stay, but I certainly saw the appeal)! The one and only negative (if you could call it that) was an odd bulge in the floor between the bed and the bathroom. It wasn't bad enough to trip me up, but it easily made its presence known when I forgot about it.Nearby activities: Historic Downtown Provo is just a few blocks up the road. Even if you can't find a rentable scooter nearby, UVX is quite conveniently placed. Last time I toured HDP, I found a rather enjoyable VR Lounge that certainly did not disappoint! There is also The Good Move Cafe a couple blocks North of HDP, which has some amazing food and a large selection of games (I do have a review of that location).Walkability: This hotel is very close to the nearby UVX Route and one of its stops, not to mention an easy walking distance to Historic Downtown Provo. There are plenty of nearby amenities, and I'm told the Hispanic restaurant right across the street has some amazing food (I sadly could not find the time to go myself)!”
