He cleaned my cables and made sure everything was working properly.There was a section on my rear bumper that was sticking out, so Rylee offered to help push it back in place with one of their tools.Rick, the manager, came out and was able to push it back in.I really appreciate their willingness to help me, and to make me feel like a valued customer. “The person who helped me today, Randy, was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and kind. He was able to get me a new battery and replace it while I was on a lunch break! He even had to replace a piece of something (terminal/piece that connected to the terminal?) that was corroded by my previous battery. He gave me my options, answering my questions, and very patiently waited while I decided on which one to get. Very pleased with the service today.”
