“The battery in my key fob was dead. I was parked at the library and my car wasn't starting. I was able to walk to Napa from the library. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and they asked what she could help me with. I told her I needed a battery but I wasn't sure which kind. They opened up my key fob since I wasn't sure how to do it. They had the battery I needed in stock. They put the new battery in for me. The price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay way more. I would definitely come back here.”

“Everything was right with the kit except for the lower A-Arm bumper bushings the kit had bolt on single stud the original was a slit on the bottom going around the mounting bracket. The correct part number is 29670 Lower Control Arm Bumper / 57 Ford Without Stud. Also another number on the same package is F3F78-14-05 this bumper came from another source.”

“Got an oil change for my wife's VW Bug. The price was fair, but initially the work wasn't all that great. I say that because when we got it home I noticed it was leaking. Normally I'd write that off as just a spill or something, but it leaked for the next two days still so I called them back up and they found that the filter had an issue. They replaced the filter, topped it off, and made sure the leak was done. Robert did this for us so that's why it's a 4 star and not a 1 or 2 :)”
