Paul had originally quoted me $250 to replace my two Temperature Control Sensors. When I picked up the vehicle they told me it took less time to do than they thought and only charged me $150! “We have had multiple cars serviced at Anything Auto. What I appreciate most is the honesty. Multiple times, I was anticipating expensive repairs that would take days, but Derek found the problem was a minor one and fixed that at a fair price--same day. It's not that his prices are below market or that he works with superhuman speed, it's that he fixes what is actually wrong with the car. Period. He does not try to fix things that don't need to be fixed as other mechanics do. Today, my clutch stopped working in the middle of driving. I pressed it in and it wouldn't release and the gear shift was completely stuck. I thought my clutch had gone out or else the transmission. I told him so over the phone. Lots of mechanics would have got it in and said, "Yep, that's your problem" then charged for a new clutch or whole transmission that didn't need. But Derek diagnosed it and found the clutch and transmission were fine, but it was the part that connected the clutch pedal to the clutch itself that was broken. So he just fixed that and I can drive my car again. I only had to pay for that minor part and a relatively short time of labor. Looking for an honest mechanic? “I was told at another BigO tire that I had a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I called around to other places and found out that if it was too close to the edge, they can't put a patch on it. I spent my whole morning calling around trying to figure out what to do. I had just purchased this car and there was a ton of tread still left on the tire. I pulled over into this big o as I was near it and wanted to be able to tell the other places what tread size I had. When I pulled up someone came and met me out by my car. I explained what had happened and he said that he had some guys that were really great at patching tires and might be able to fix it. He took it right back and got it all fixed up and I haven't had any issues with it since! I've had some bad experiences with big O's so I was very pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service here! Thank you so much!”

“Because I was traveling through town, I wanted to get back on the road quickly. There were a number of service places along the i-15 but the Jiffy Lube in Springville one had the best rating. It was a fast and efficient oil change, and there were no leaks or drips after the service. There were other cars infront of us, but it was only about 40-minutes. Waiting room was clean, location was convenient...it just all worked out really, really well. So I wanted to add my stars on with the other reviewers. This location really did do a great job.”

“Got an oil change for my wife's VW Bug. The price was fair, but initially the work wasn't all that great. I say that because when we got it home I noticed it was leaking. Normally I'd write that off as just a spill or something, but it leaked for the next two days still so I called them back up and they found that the filter had an issue. They replaced the filter, topped it off, and made sure the leak was done. Robert did this for us so that's why it's a 4 star and not a 1 or 2 :)”
