“My phone died. I walked into your store. I asked who wanted to help an old lady who is not tech savvy. All three of the workers came over and said any of them would love to help me. I ended up working with Kennedy. She was very helpful and very patient. I brought a new phone, and the next day, Kennedy greeted me and proceeded to set up my new phone. I had a great experience there and would go again.”
“I've been a customer for about 10 years now but was having issues upgrading my phone plan online. I was advised to go to my nearest store (which I have never done before) and I am glad I did. Maggie was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting my issue resolved. She went over the different plans, promotions and upgrades available for me without being pushy or selling me anything I didn't want. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning to this location in the future for the excellent service as well as the wide selection of available merchandise store.”
“Insanely good customer service. I texted in at 9:30pm noting that my internet speed is much lower than it should be (150mbs download on the 1GB plan) and I had them responding to me trying to trouble shoot 15 min later.
What other internet company will respond after hours, let alone over text within 15min. Love them!
