“Just got Fiber installed and it has been the best home internet install I have ever had. Cody was amazing answering all my questions and getting me information about what plans would work best. Luis, the installer, showed up on time and really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best speeds possible and great coverage. I was very impressed with how quickly he worked and I could tell he really cared. I would recommend this service to anyone in the Salem area!”

“The lady that works there is very pleasant. She helps me every time I go in. She offers whatever promotions are going on that month, and offers to help in any way that she can. Bi lingual for those that need it. The only reason I can only give 4 stars instead of five is that I live outside of town, and reception is spotty. I have to rely on my internet server for contact on most days. I'm paying for a full month of service, but can only send or receive calls less than 1/3 of the time.”

I ended up working with Kennedy. She was very helpful and very patient. I brought a new phone, and the next day, Kennedy greeted me and proceeded to set up my new phone. I had a great experience there and would go again.”
“Every. Single. Interaction. That I have had with SFCN has been a good one. That is so rare for any company, much less an ISP. They are polite, fast, and they care about your issues and want to resolve them. The internet service is incredibly reliable and if you do have any issues at all they custom service is top-notch. SF is truly lucky to have such a good local utility.”

He was polite, obviously knew what he was talking about, and made sure that I left with a fully functioning phone. He made sure that I understood the promotion I was participating in and offered his expertise in a way that didn't feel like I was being manipulated into spending unnecessary money. 10/10 Would go and will go back to this T-Mobile every time.”
