“We had an amazing experience with our rental and the team at the Spanish Fork Location. They were all very helpful from the start. Ryder was great to work with when picking the car up. When we returned the vehicle the evening manager was understanding and knowledgeable when it came to us returning a vehicle that had a prior rock chip. The window cracked as we returned from a colder state. They helped us and were very understanding. They were also great when we experienced them handle a customer that was angry with the vehicle that he was renting. After numerous support from all the employees they really handled themselves amazingly. Because of the support and the amazing patience that we witnessed, we will return soon for another rental.”

“I had an excellent experience at this Budget franchise today. The manager, Melody, was a consummate professional. Bearing in mind that PVU is a tiny, tiny airport, the arrival of a plane means she must drop all her prep work and help a massive backlog of passengers, many of whom may have errors in their rentals.
I was one of those errors. I didn't account for the time zone difference, so my reservation was four hours later than I needed it. While swamped with other customers, Melody still helped get me into a vehicle and on my way in about 45 minutes, and was pleasant and personable despite me causing the issue.
The car is serving me well, the price was right, and the staff were great. Would recommend. Thank you!”

“When I was getting quotes for repairs, this is the only shop that took pictures and wrote up a quote, giving me a printout to refer to later. They worked great with my insurance, keeping in touch with them as they discovered additional repairs were needed. They also kept me updated, first letting me know that additional repairs were needed, then that parts were taking a bit longer than expected, and finally that my car was finished 5 days earlier than estimated. They have a good relationship with the Enterprise car rental, so you can drop off a rental car with them for Enterprise to pick up later. Would definitely recommend this shop and team for repairs!”
