“I rented a car for a weekend getaway and Zach went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The only nitpick gripe I have is that we rented a premium sedan which they didn't have any (I created the reservation a week or two prior to needing the car). So they gave us a "Free Upgrade" to a mini SUV. I believe it was a Mazda CX30. The car was great and economical but seemed to be bottom of the barrel in terms of features and size. I'm not sure a premium sedan would have been any larger but the free upgrade didn't feel like an upgrade. Outside of that everything was great. Zach let us know once a car was available since I made the mistake of renting the car starting at 4 PM instead of noon. So we were able to pick up the car a little early. Great customer service, great location and great rate!”

“my experience renting a car here was very easy! i booked through AAA the night before, and the next morning i was able to get my rental. dropping off the car was also very easy at the after hours drop box. the only downside was having to wait my turn in line for about 1/2 an hour- there was only one employee helping at the front desk, but she was super nice, and was doing a good job at getting everyone helped as fast as she could!”

“The Employee, Gavin, is the best thing that this company has going for them at this location. He was so helpful, kind, respectful and professional in helping me get the car that I needed. In my opinion, this location is understaffed and Gavin is underpaid. It seems that he was the only one there, running the office.”
