I live out of state and my daughter is a college student in Provo. Her jeep cherokee was leaking coolant so she took it in to a place that told her she needed a new engine and it would cost her 10k. The jeep isn’t worth that much and we weren’t about to put 10k into a new engine so we had decided to put it up for sale and get a little money out of it for parts. Then a friend highly recommended Eric at Queen Bee, and convinced us to take it to him for another opinion.
I am so glad we did!!! Eric was amazing! He ran every test and found it was only a small $300 fix to a thermostat! ??
He even gives students a discount!

“I've been bringing my cars to Skiba for 25 years. Recently had $3.5K work done on a 2001 4Runner. They fixed the problems I asked them to look at. A problem with the water pump had been hidden because of a faulty radiator cap. It was stressful to have more work done I wasn't planning on, but kinda have to be prepared for unexpected issues to be found when knowledgeable techs have a look at things. My car runs and handles much better.”

“When I was getting quotes for repairs, this is the only shop that took pictures and wrote up a quote, giving me a printout to refer to later. They worked great with my insurance, keeping in touch with them as they discovered additional repairs were needed. They also kept me updated, first letting me know that additional repairs were needed, then that parts were taking a bit longer than expected, and finally that my car was finished 5 days earlier than estimated. They have a good relationship with the Enterprise car rental, so you can drop off a rental car with them for Enterprise to pick up later. Would definitely recommend this shop and team for repairs!”

We came in for a simple oil change, but they went way above and beyond. Even though it’s not something they normally do, Hector noticed we were in a really tough situation oil had sprayed all over the engine because there was no cap and he jumped in to help. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to clean up as much of the mess as he could.
It’s rare to find service this genuine and caring. Huge thank you to Hector and the crew for helping us out when we needed it most! Highly recommend!”

“Update: they fixed the light and tailgate. Bumper is still off, but that’s the insurances fault.
I can’t say enough good things about the customer service! Great people really. I’ve had great experiences with the machine shop in the past. So I thought I would try them out. Overall, they did an OK job. My complaints are just minor details. It sucks because they really did a good job. But every time I look at my truck, I see the little things they didn’t critique and that’s all I can see.? I’ll have pictures below. The tailgate doesn’t close like it used to. My tail light isn’t flush with my bed anymore. My bumper either isn’t level either.”
