I went in to close my account because I am transferring my funds to another bank. The employee I met with wrote my name wrong on my check. Did the math wrong on my check. And told me my ID was expired when it very clearly wasn’t and failed to close my account.

Honestly, very bad service in this location. I presented my ID and my passport and they did not change my check and they made me sign it and they did not want to change it. They do not deserve even one star but I will be kind and give them 1.5 😞

I went in to cash a $70 check from a Zions Bank account. Since I wasn’t an account holder, they said I would have to pay a $5 fee. Five dollars to cash a check from their bank? Seems a bit wrong. Two stars may be generous.
