“Zions Bank. It's wierd to do a review about a bank. I mean it's a bank, right? You put your money in, you take it out. They keep it safe and pay you market rate, which is about.00001% these days. I mean every bank in the free world does this, right? So what makes this bank special? Well, big Larry feels he bees uniquely qualified to comment here as he spent much of his career in small community banks like Citigroup and I can tell you that Zions has their act together. First off, their management is accessible and doesn't hide behind admin assistants and marble floors with copper doors. You can get to the management if you need to as Larry has several times. And the local branch managers take care of Larry's dough like it was their own. And, Larryionites, that is massively unusual. So, do I love this bank? Nope, but I sure do like them. And they give back to the community. In significant ways. We would be far poorer, both financially and more importantly, communially if we did not have Zions as our local bank. Now, that said, their ATMs suck. They are obviously an afterthought and Larry bees insulted, considering he holds some of the original patents on cash dispensers and card readers. Plus, they need to balance their teller work hours a bit better, but for the most part they are a good, well managed bank. Larry, having matriculated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, feels he bees qualified to opine on this subject and he think you would be wise to trust your hard earned money to the Zions Bank's team competent hands.”
“Hello,America First Credit Union helped me TODAY! The employees where VERY professional in there manner, professionally dressed, and they spoke with smiles. Very intelligent and knew that computer and banking business very well. Employees Nykky and Arian helped me with all my banking concerns. These ladies deserve "Employees of the Month" and "Employee of the Year" Awards. Both these employeesI knew my concern had to be the computer, not the people.I was stressed and had anxiety about my concern, but, I made sure when I walked in, I came in with a smile and I gave the bank the respect they deserve. American First Credit Union is EXTREMELY professional with senior citizens of SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY.Thank you, thank you, thank you very much.I have to say to get respectful professional customer service, one must be a respectful customer. So if you are unsatisfied customer, you should look in the mirror before you open the door to any business. One more thing . . .
