My experience while at Tellica was great. People kind and efficient. I discovered later that they charged me for some else's procedure to the tune of $350. I called and they said they would refund it. Now 5 days later it hasn't been refunded to my charge card. Hoping they will follow through!

Super fast getting me back. Had 2 knee MRIs. Each only took 10 mins each. Super easy. Report can quickly and I like how when the patient views the report they can click on words they don’t know and a definition pops up. Very nice feature on the patient portal
