They helped me understand what they were doing, and were very kind to explain that my insurance may not cover the lab work as well as another lab might. I went ahead with it anyways since it was just a couple tests. I might be mistaken, but I am pretty sure the young lady that helped me was named Kandice? She was very kind and helpful.”

“Drug screens are never fun. But for anyone working in health care it's a necessary evil. I had to get another one done due to employment and this location was the closest to me. My employer recommended for an appointment to be scheduled beforehand to ensure I wouldn't have to wait for very long. After calling, I was surprised that a walk-in visit was accepted. So 15 minutes later I was at the door ready for the test.I was given clear instructions about the whole procedure, and it didn't take very long to get it done. Jim was very courteous and professional.”

Technician explain everything clearly and ask what kind of music l like ? What ? l never expected that type of question in a clinic nothing came on the top of my mind l just said Brazilian Music. So during my MRI l was able to listen for a Brazilian music. That was amazing.”
