“I went to Grease Monkey today for license tabs, emissions and oil change. I am in a wheelchair, Bella and Hayden were very helpful getting me out of my vehicle and into my wheelchair. Bella helped me inside and back to my car when the service was completed. Very quick and efficient. Great employees and service.”

I had some work done at a different mechanic recently, and I had to bring my car to Jamco to have the job re-done properly with better quality parts and more in depth maintenance. Jay got my car running great, tested a bunch of things, explained everything, and the price was fair.”

“They started work on my Model S and the trunk latch coincidently stopped working while they were working in that area of the vehicle. Honestly was un-nerving to hear that while fixing a fender bender they had any issues. With that in mind they stepped up and found a new part in their parts pile to get the latch working. All in all happy with the results the body work is un-noticeable in a good way. The only complaint and why I didn't give a 5 start is that the charging point snags when opening and closing. Meaning they didn't align the tail light properly when reassembling the repainted area. They were great with communication and I would consider them for future repairs for any body work I might need.”
“I'm visiting from out of state for a baseball tournament with my kids and the morning of a game I couldn't start my car. Turns out I had a bad alternator. After finding a couple of mechanics that turned me down I went to Tunex. They were able to replace my alternator and battery the same day. Randy was slammed, but he took me in and fixed it so I could drive home a couple of days later. He was honest and upfront about costs and I know I could have been charged more somewhere else. I can't say thank you enough.”

“Came here to get my registration renewed as well as an emissions test, they were so quick and efficient! They also fixed my windshield wipers that have been squeaking for months for a reasonable price (the Audi dealership would have charged me at least 3 times the amount I’m sure)”

“Earlier in the day I was unable to get in because only one car was in the bay for a rotation that apparently made it not possible to start my standard service for 30 minutes. I came back later in the afternoon and was able to bring my car in immediately with only 10 minute delay and two cars already in the bays. Once started the service went just fine and I was out much sooner than planned”

“Easy and good Walmart auto care. You can drop your car off then go shopping! There is a couple benches and a movie selection to watch if you just want to wait. It’s cheaper than other places which is nice. The staff is really nice and helpful.If you want to walk outside the Walmart there isn’t really much to look at.”

Tracy took time to run codes, put a few gallons of fuel in it, finding out it was just out of gas. Now I need to see why my gauge wasn’t working correctly.
