“First I noticed how clean the facility was. Staff was courteous. The insurance process was easy.
My car looks brand new! Very pleased with the whole experience.”
“Steve's Automotive seems to care about their customers and the quality of work they do on your car at a fair price, what more can you ask? I've only used them once so far. I have a 10 year old Mercedes that I love and have always taken it to the Mercedes dealership for service, but they have gotten a little more expensive than they need to be, so I will try Steve's Automotive for my next service. My first visit was pleasant and affordable. I have a good friend who owned a used car dealership for many years and he was the one that recommended Steve's Automotive.”
“I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Lonny. My mom is elderly and her battery was dead. I am 300 miles away so I called Big O since they have always done the service on her car. I explained the situation to Lonny and he spent his lunch hour to go to her house get her car, changed the battery and delivered it back to her. That was so kind of you and greatly appreciated. I can't say thank you enough. Great place to get your car fixed and what amazing kind employees! Very happy and thank you again.”
“I used to work at Napa and would always deliver to these guys. While working there, BT Pearson became one of my favorite shops to deliver to. I would take my truck there for oil change changes, any little problem, and so many other things. They were always friendly and willing to help. I no longer work at Napa but my truck was giving me issues with a fuel cap sensor recently. I took it to them and they were able to help me. But even more so, when I mentioned my truck door had been broken for over a year and a half, they did not hesitate to help and figure out the issue. I highly recommend Mike and the other guys at BT Pearson, whether it's a small problem that turns into another side quest or anything else. Thanks guys!”
“I love Slick Willey’s!!! I had my oil changed, brakes done and more within a short amount of time. The cost for the services were very fair some of the cheapest I could find and you get the time save of them getting to it immediately! I know I will be back for when I need any work done!”
“We have used these guys for our fleet regularly for several years. Marcos has always been so accommodating and helpful with everything I need. I know that I'll always be well taken care of when he's here. His customer service is off the charts, and I look for him every time I come in.”
“Sometimes it's just as good to be told what you don't need as it is to be told what you do need. We reached out to James for a second opinion after being told by another mechanic that we needed an entire new RV refrigerator...~$5K all-in. In a short amount to time James determined that our fridge cooling unit was not bad as diagnosed by the first mechanic. He felt certain that several factors were contributing to our fridge not getting as cold as it should. One, it was very hot in UT the week we were there simply causing our fridge to work harder than normal. Two, our thermomister was not in the optimal position within our refrigerator. Took him about 15 seconds to correct. Finally, he suggested we add a second 12V cooling fan to help dissipate the warm air. He was quite certain that our fridge/freezer would work fine as we continued our trip North into cooler temps. None of these points were made by the first mechanic who literally spent three minutes determining that we needed a completely new fridge.Turns out James was completely right. Our fridge is working perfect even without the second fan. James was professional, competent and very friendly. And he is a veteran for those of us who like supporting veteran-owned businesses. I would recommend him to any fellow RVer transiting through or home-based in UT and in-need to help. And of course to any RVer home-based in UT.”
“Larry and his crew have been fixing my vehicles for many a year. It's been so long ago, that I don't even know when he opened up but I think it was sometime in the 90s. Thank you Larry and sons.”
