The kids that work there are very patient and just very good kids. The owner also seems like a very friendly dude. I HIGHLY recommend this ups store and will never go to a different one.”

“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

“They have been my go to store. I’m only docking one star because their recent remodel reduced the number of checkout stands, so it’s longer wait times. Seemed a little silly to me, but I’m sure there is more behind it.”
“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”
“I have shipped to my daughter in Argentina every other month with Pack Mule Express. It is delivered on time. I have never had any problems. And they are cheaper and faster than the other missionary shipping company I have tried.”

“We went in to this UPS store for help with printing in preparation for our child's birthday party. It was busy, but Michaela took the time to carefully walk us through sizing and quality options, answering questions with patience. We also had a bunch of square tokens that needed cutting after being printed. This was a ton of very fiddly work, but Michaela offered to take care of it as well. She did an incredibly neat job and even caught up with us as we went out the door to give us the pieces that had been missed because they got stuck under the machine. Thank you again for all the help Michaela!”
