The Amazon website was not working intuitively, and he understood that it was due to it being a gift return, but a return from an order on my account…so he knew the simple work-around. He also offered to tape up the packaging when I did not bring any! I was very impressed when this service is seemingly unimportant, (often UPS Store employees are annoyed by Amazon returns), Nick offered exemplary customer service, and he should be commended for it!”

Their new self-serve Amazon Return kiosk is incredibly easy to use and so fast. I've had good experiences with all of the employees here, but Becka is especially kind and helpful.
