“Yesterday I went to this branch to open up a new checking's account after my old account got suspended. Tracy was the nicest, most professional woman I have ever met! She made me feel so welcome and heard, and she did everything in her power to help me get a new account which I appreciated more than anything. Oh! “Christian went above and beyond! We stopped by this location after going to another branch and having a terrible experience. We were told we had to make an appointment, we said we would like to make one and the teller told us she couldn't but here is a QR code to make one. 3 employees standing there just watching, no other customers in the branch, horrible. So we went up the road to try another branch. Luckily, it was a much better experience. Christian was patient with my elderly mother who is slow to answer questions and a little forgetful. He could read the situation and ask the appropriate questions. We were ready to close the account, but Christian turned the experience around 100%”

“Always get good service here. They are now closed on Saturday however. Several websites still say they are open Saturday but they are not. There is a free coffee machine but it isn't well maintained and they usually only have one kind of coffee.”

“I began banking with Transwest 9 years ago when I refinanced my auto loan for a better interest rate. I've stuck with them after that because of low credit card rates as well. Plus, what I like about transwest is that they don't make things complicated. You just pay off what you need to through the app, the app doesn't have a million and one buttons to navigate through, and no promotional deals which I appreciate (besides life insurance which, meh). The staff here are fine. They're not overly friendly, but I don't mind that. I'd rather they do their jobs right than do it wrong with a smile. Anyways, I've enjoyed coming in. I recommend banking here for great deals.”
