She helped me get all the information I needed, she was polite and knowledgeable. I have had issues for months over the phone with customer service. I would recommend going in to talk to her if you ever have any questions. Thank you Lynette”
“Update 7/4/23: this branch has been great ever since my last experience a few months ago. They are very personable and even call on your birthday’s to wish you happy birthday. I am glad to see that service has improved greatly!I’ve been using this CU for 21 years and the service lately seems to have gone downhill. I waited about an hour to get new debit cards for my account. They also let me leave without setting up a new pin. That caused some embarrassment when I was at the grocery store and my purchase was denied :(”

Starting from when they had a small office in the Cottonwood Heights Smith's grocery store, we have known 3 different managers, and they have all been wonderful. We have a variety of business and personal accounts, and our banking can be somewhat complicated, but they have always helped us with all our needs. They have really gone the extra mile for us with such diverse things as mortgage refinancing and wiring funds internationally. Zion's is by far the best bank we've ever worked with.”
“Allie really provided excellent and caring customer service. She helped me with a vehicle loan and went out of her way to accommodate my difficult work schedule. Thank you for your professionalism and care.”
