Back again branch manager should be fired. Refusing service because I left him a bad review. Save yourself a trip and go to a different location.

Y'all need to educate your tellers on the issues with refusing to cash a state issued check when the person trying to isn't doing anything wrong

Have banked w/ Zions for decades. Was disappointed that the drive-thru closed early and I couldn't get the deposit done. If you have business hours posted, PLEASE don't close early! Even a few minutes early is still early.
