Shout out to Mark Fellows for simplifying my online app experience. Some account changes were made, and I could not find the information I needed. He stepped me through the online process to access all accounts with one view and save me at least an hour getting this sorted.

I prefer the old app on my phone.. I have several phones so I can compair.. the less buttons to need to push on the old app.Been with this bank for a long as they've been here... even back when it was aquired as 1st Security Bank.

I worked with Paul recently- he helped me find a solution to a problem I had and followed through on communication and resolved the problem. I appreciate him taking the time to help me and prevent me from going in circles. Kudos to Paul!
