We ordered a mattress a week ago and had it shipped to Layton store because we live in layton. When we went to pick it up at 5:00, we were told that there was a miscommunication and they thought we were going to have to pick it up in salt lake. I asked for gas money but they thought I was kidding.I called the warehouse to tell them we were on our way to make sure they weren't going to close at 6:00 and we're told that if we get there by 6:00 they'll be happy to help us. Didn't seem to care enough to wait while we took the time and gas to accommodate their screw up.

Straight forward process. If you have a mattress/electronic pick-up, don't waste effort going through the front door, just go to the back at door #1, ring the bell, and have your receipt ready with a photo ID.

We ordered expensive beauty rest mattress and the 900 wave vibrating base on August 2, 21.We had the salesman call the SLC warehouse and verify that had both items in stocks before we paid. The salesman called right in front of us and he verified that the items were in stocks. We had a delivery day for August 9, 21. We got the mattress delivered on August 10, 21 but no base they said it wouldn't be at warehouse until August 17, 2021. We get a phone call on August 17th saying it won't be in until August 20th in the mean time our mattress in on the floor with no base and is very difficult for me to get up out of bed. Very poor management regarding getting their products in for their faithful customers.

We went to another store first. Mike greeted us at the door."Listened" to what we were looking for. Showed us what he had and we bought it. We were shopping for an adjustable bed base.I will go here again and hopefully deal with Mike again

Admittedly it was embarrassing when the bunkie board didn't fit in my car, but they advised I could call the salesman to have him reprocess the order for delivery or they could hold it. They held it for me while I quickly rented a U-haul because it was raining ? They were very helpful and great sports about it all.
