Got to door with reefer pre-cooled, guy comes out and pushes defrost on my reefer. Temp goes up on it. Tells me can't load until it does a defrost and gets back to temp. 15 mins later he does the same thing. Wasting my time. Not all of us get to clock out at 5pm and go home.

Take 1700 to empire t,/r. Smithfield is on r/s. Very fast loading was done loading and left in 58 min.

Forced to burn reefer on fuel hog for hours waiting for them to load. Just lost clock and can't deliver load because of hours of sitting, burning diesel and time. No respect
