The kids in Davis County can be glad this Famous Footwear is conveniently located right off Antelope Dr. Even though everyone in town were busy fitting their kids for shoes before school starts this next week, the store was clean, orderly and full of styles and sizes to choose from. We found what we needed and found the staff friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys.”

I went in knowing what I wanted, but I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold more things when I was asked questions about my play style and preferences like my handle length, the paddle face size I wanted, etc. so I could still find the best fit if I didn’t like what I originally wanted. For sure recommend, and I even got a free Selkirk ball. Balls just keep getting more expensive so it was a nice thing to add on.”

“We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest gentleman as soon as we walked in. His name was Kurt. This is the first time we had ever been greeted so warmly at this store! He asked what we were looking for, and sent us in the right direction. The young lady in the shoe department was juggling multiple customers, but was very friendly and helpful in spite of the fact that she had to keep going to the back to look for additional inventory for everyone she helped. She assisted us in getting the size we needed, and we headed back to the front of the store where Kurt again greeted us, and was so kind and fun while he checked us out. He even included our daughter in the conversation, which she enjoyed! We will most definitely be shopping here again because of Kurt!”

“Lifetime products has excellent customer service. I purchased a children's folding table and accidentally broke a plastic clamp which holds the legs while it is folded. I contacted their customer service to purchase a new clamp and they informed me they would send me a new clamp free of charge. A few days later the clamp arrived via FedEx. Wow how nice was that. Hats off to Lifetime products for remembering what customer service is about. Thank you.”

“I visited this store while in Utah on vacation. The associates were all very friendly and helpful. I purchased a pair of hiking shoes and a jacket. While I should have paid attention to how much I was charged, I didn’t look until I was back in my home state. I had been overcharged for my jacket. I called the store and explained the situation. I’m not sure who the gentleman was but he was persistent in finding my information so a refund could be given over the phone. THIS is the kind of customer service that will draw me back to the store in the future. So thank you whoever you are. You were fantastic!!”

“I'm a single mom and my children's ages are a bit spaced out... I have a pre-teen, a toddler and a newborn. Shopping for shoes, or anything really isn't usually a walk in the park.But my oldest son needed some new shoes... So off we went...I was really grateful for the employees here. They took their time helping my son (whom, can be picky) pick out his new shoes. They were very patient with him. They had a bigger selection then other stores we went to, and prices were better as well.”

“I needed to tip for my cue stick. I called Arcadia billiards and was told that they had an emergency they had to address in Salt Lake but he would be available later in the day and he would call me. He did call me as promised, and I took my stick to him. He told me that I still had enough tip left, but it needed to be reshaped which he did for me.I found him to be a man of his word and very honest. I met Wendi and she seemed very nice. I would highly recommend them.”
