“We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest gentleman as soon as we walked in. His name was Kurt. This is the first time we had ever been greeted so warmly at this store! He asked what we were looking for, and sent us in the right direction. The young lady in the shoe department was juggling multiple customers, but was very friendly and helpful in spite of the fact that she had to keep going to the back to look for additional inventory for everyone she helped. She assisted us in getting the size we needed, and we headed back to the front of the store where Kurt again greeted us, and was so kind and fun while he checked us out. He even included our daughter in the conversation, which she enjoyed! We will most definitely be shopping here again because of Kurt!”

“I visited this store while in Utah on vacation. The associates were all very friendly and helpful. I purchased a pair of hiking shoes and a jacket. While I should have paid attention to how much I was charged, I didn’t look until I was back in my home state. I had been overcharged for my jacket. I called the store and explained the situation. I’m not sure who the gentleman was but he was persistent in finding my information so a refund could be given over the phone.
