We are 110% satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service we received today!!! Not only did they order in the parts we needed to have a tow package/hitch kit installed they went above and beyond and got the right size of ball hitch and everything we needed even when we changed our plans and wanted the 7 plug installed in addition to the 4 flat they had already done. They fit us into their busy schedule and we are completely happy that we gave our business to this particular uhaul service center inspite of the negative reviews in the past!!!
