“Great location, enterprise has always been a good rental company. This last visit is a great example of their willingness to go above and beyond. I reserved a particular car because I am thinking of buying one. While I was waiting for parts to come in, I decided to rent a car for a week. They didn't have the car I asked for in and no one in the area did so they "upgraded me to size category up." Well I took the car and hated it. There wasn't anything about it I liked. So I called the next day to ask if there was anyway I could get something else. When I got there they had found the vehicle I had originally asked for. They gave me that car and took a bit off my bill.( I didn't ask them to and didn't expect them too but they did) the young man told me to let him know if I didn't like this one and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. If you make a reservation with one of these large rental places you have to understand that they can't always guarantee you'll get what you ask for but enterprise took the time to make sure I got what I wanted to the limited amount they could. I have had to rent many vehicles for work in the past and enterprise has almost always been the easiest and best company to work with”

“I have been happy with my storage for this location. Price isn't to bad. It's always clean and I feel very sade about my stuff there. I have had a storage unit at this place for about 2 years now and switched from a different storage place to save money and this place offers everything the same as the more expensive guys for a more affordable price. Anyway to save money these days helps.”

“Truck was great, rental process was easy. But they added the $14 "safemove" automatically without asking me beforehand if I wanted it or wanted to decline (I usually decline). Just be prepared to bring up this point and not let them add it if you don't want it.”

“The Employee, Gavin, is the best thing that this company has going for them at this location. He was so helpful, kind, respectful and professional in helping me get the car that I needed. In my opinion, this location is understaffed and Gavin is underpaid. It seems that he was the only one there, running the office.”
