We had a couple of "miscommunication" problems that I wasn't super jazzed about, however, in the end, they made everything right. I'm super happy with the results. Very nice people. “i love oil rig. i’ve been here twice and they have fixed three different issues with my car. with automotive places it seems like often a bunch of fees are added on for no real reason or they try to sell me something i don’t really need. but with oil rig i truly feel like they are honest and care about my best interest instead of trying to scam me out of my money. i would recommend this place to anyone. the manager mike is especially good and i trust him to give an honest price because he actually cares about his customers. he also personally went back to double check if the diagnosis for my car was correct and he obviously knows what he is talking about. highly recommend!!!! i appreciate the honesty and fairness i have experienced as a customer here thus far. i truly never leave reviews but i really feel like oil rig deserves it! thanks mike!!!”

“These guys are seriously the best. I went in for an alignment and it was done quickly. They charge a fair price as well. However, the next day I noticed my steering wheel was off. I brought my truck back and they took it in to look at it. They looked at my front end and noticed that a bolt holding my steering rack in place became loose. They showed me in the shop and fixed it without any extra fee or charge. I came back the next day for another alignment and I was good to go. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for honest mechanics who are seriously helping people out. I will be coming here again for whatever else my truck needs.”

I was referred to go here by another auto shop as I needed engine work done. It turns out that the work I just had done at the previous shop wasn't working quite right so the Provo Car Doctors worked with this shop to get the work I needed done at no cost as the parts were warrantied. I really appreciated how the Provo Car Doctors went out of their way to make sure I got the lowest possible cost by working with other local shops.

“Excellent experience! The Jiffy Lube mechanics likely prevented a major issue. They discovered cracks in the main belt and quickly replaced it with a new one right before a long road trip. They cleaned the windows, vacuumed, replaced the belt and changed the oil, all in about 45 minutes. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!”
