“We have used Doug's Auto several times over the years on our older vehicles and they are always professional, fair, honest and kind. They are great people. Today, I was expecting to hear that our minivan needed costly repairs. They are sometimes busy. I had to wait two weeks to get my van in. I took it to another repair shop to get their opinion (silly me). They told me that it needed major repairs and would cost over $4k. Doug and his crew fixed my van for around $300. He said that if my check engine light comes on again I can bring it back for a second look for free. These mechanics are the best. I'll miss them when we move out of state in a few weeks.”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”

“Had a flat tire and was using a donut. Called them before I left work and the man I talked to on the phone was very kind and helpful. They were open until 7 which was great because I could go after I got off work at 5 (not a lot of places are open that late). They were all very kind and respectful from the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away. I didn’t have to wait long at all to get in, maybe 5 minutes is all. Miguel was the one who helped answer my questions and the price didn’t change from what I was quoted on the phone. He showed me two other tires of mine that were in pretty bad shape as well and so I got three new tires, which didn’t take long at all to be put on. I didn’t feel taken advantage of or conned either, just glad that they let me know, and I didn’t feel forced to make any decisions which was great. ?Super cool atmosphere, friendly and kind service. They didn’t charge me to put the tires on either just for the tires themselves which I thought was awesome! They all seemed like really good people. Highly recommend!”

“I prefer this jiffy lube over the one in Provo. The parking lot is a little hard to get in and out of because the jiffy lube is located on a busy corner, but the service was great. I got my emissions test done quickly and they actually replaced my cabin air filter which the Provo location said they would, but evidently never did.”
