The parts were ordered and arrived a couple days later, exactly when Jason said they would. We dropped the car off and when we returned it was good as new! I appreciated the process. It was a good, honest experience. I also loved the result. The car was restored to exactly what it looked like prior to it being damaged. I highly recommend Woody's. They're pros.”
“Jerri, the woman, the myth, the legend. Give this woman a promotion! My experience at hertz was struggling when I picked up a rental in Las Vegas, it was not the agreed-upon car and had very little space. It was a Chevy bolt, with 170 miles per charge. We were picking up the rental because my wife’s grandfather had passed away, and we were driving from Las Vegas to Orem Utah. The car was supposed to be non-smoking, however, upon picking up the car, I was confused as to what smelled, the car, or the man taking pictures, and handing me the keys. Unfortunately, it was the car and my daughter, who has asthma, was coughing the entire way up. Also, having such little distance radius, caused us to have to stop four times, and it took nine hours to get somewhere. That should only take six hours. We missed the viewing. I called hertz at the provo airport and Jerri was more than understanding, assured me this could be fixed and in less than 20 minutes I was driving away in a Tesla model 3 which was the original car we were supposed to acquire. Needless to say, Jerri saved the day. Thanks Jerri, you’re the best. ??”
“Beto was great. This rental is right next to the baggage claims. My flight was delayed past closing time but he stayed to get us our rental. Don’t know what we would have done otherwise. He was nice and gave us clear instructions.”
“I had a reservation at a different company (Budget) when I got there to pick it up they didn't have the car I needed (able to hold 2 wheelchairs and 3 people). So I had to cancel. I ran over to enterprise across the street and unfortunately they could get me a car that fit my needs, but they contacted this location and they were able to get me the car I needed on very short notice. They made sure everything would fit. They were super nice and helpful. They took great care to make sure that my rental would accommodate all my needs and made sure I had full knowledge of how everything worked. I was in and out in out in a timely matter and was able to make it to all of my appointments. Thanks for making a stressful day a little easier.”
