They have all the specialized foods you can think of for those with dietary restrictions such as vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc...They also have a lot of the natural cleaning supplies and a robust supplement section.The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to one of the managers at this location. His name is James. I have no question why he is in a management position. James is personable, kind and goes out of his way to provide amazing customer service. I’ve watched him interact with other customers also not just myself. Today, I made a big purchase and he went out of his way to add the points to my rewards. He also took time to familiarize me with the Smiths app and how to use coupons etc. I know several workers at the location and they often tell me how great they are treated by James. It makes me want to work there.”
“I had an issue with one of the employee’s, but the owner reached out to me and it seems not to be an issue anymore, some people are just nasty, and though I have wisely avoided the particular clerk in question and therefor can’t say for sure if he has stop being a sourpuss, I have found everyone else to be very nice and professional.I am both annoyed and at the same time like their deals, some are actually really good, just make sure that you read what the bare minimal purchase amount requirements are! before you buy at Ridley's, to actually get the deal.P.S: Most of Ridley's deals seem to be tied to their free rewards program, so if you plan on shopping here frequently, it's best that you sign up for it.”

“I have been looking for my favorite ice tea at both Smith's stores for over two weeks. Nobody would really help me. I went in this morning and found Judy stocking and asked her if any of my tea was in the back. She went and found two gallons for me. Finally someone who cares about the customer and actually helped!”

“Their veggie and fruit section is the BEST in the valley! I just love the variety of different fruits and vegetables, some even changing by season....and can I say how much the banana display makes me giggle... oh wait... I did just say....oops.... my bad. *Haha*Great holiday candy selection every year without fail! Halloween would not be the same without the Tootsies to fill our trick-or-treaters in their treat bags, among all the other goodies we find on their shelves.It's probably one of the better places to find a good selection of brands of bagged coffee, at least in our opinion. It's a real pick-me-up, if you know what I'm saying....Their deli food leave no room for complaint. I mean, really, how does anyone not give their smoked meat a try after walking past the giant meat smokers outside! Is it even possible, especially during BBQ season!!! Okay, now I'm hungry!!I can't forget to mention their Wednesday $5 sushi at their very own fresh made sushi mini bar (or whatever that island of sushi is called). Seriously, the sushi here is absolutely delicious!! Perfect for those of us who don't like near any of the sushi places on the north end of Logan. Oh, and the people who make the sushi are always so helpful and kind to me!!!Self-check out bag weigh machine is probably the only complaint I have. It's constantly yelling at me, claiming I took something from a bag or didn't put something in the bag weight area. It's super annoying, but I manage my way through with only a few eye rolls....and possibly cursed words towards the machine....*wink wink*All in all, this store is one of the best grocery stores in town. Prices are comparable to most other grocers around, not including Winco, though, if you live on the south end of Cache Valley and don't want to fight off a herd of crazies through double lanes heading to the north end of Logan, this is the perfect place to fill your cart to the brim with everything, including that beloved TP everyone, back in 2020, thought they'd crock without.......if only they near what the Pioneers used before settling here in this beautiful place we call home?”
