“We love Lee's! The produce is the best around, the bakery goods are delicious, all the specialty areas are awesome (sushi, cheese selection, seasonal aisle, fresh popcorn, bulk spices & candy). Prices are a bit higher than other stores, and there are some items I prefer to buy elsewhere, but I can plan most of our menu/budget around all the great weekly deals and sales here. And the quality of the goods, imo, is often better than other stores anyway. The people who work here are super nice, too.It just feels good to support a smaller, local store that has a pleasant atmosphere and seems to treat its employees well.”

I was checking out and asked a question about a brand of GF bread I couldn’t find (that they usually have out).Get this:He closed the register and went to their storage at the back of the store and checked to see if they had any of the bread stores in their freezers - and they did!Very impressed with Owen’s customer service. I’ll pay premium prices for quality food and quality service over the contrary any day.Well done Natural Grocers!?”

“Great food, great little place for authentic Mexican groceries. Carnitas every Saturday morning, the owners are just the nicest people. We go there for our Carne asada every time and no where else, their meat is juicy and has the best flavor. The seasoned steak ribs are our fav! Highly recommend! If you don't speak Spanish don't be scared to go they will help you.”

“I have been going to Lees pharmacy since I moved to Logan almost 15 years ago.They go above and beyond with kindness, helping with insurance/payments and are very genuine. I was a single mom for 8 years, was diagnosed with a rough illness and the treatment was very hard on me; when I went to pickup my medication the pharmacist could tell how emotional I was and knew I was a single mom, he grabbed some flowers from the florist and gave them to me along with a hug and encouragement. I will never forget that.Above and beyond just filling prescriptions for people at Lees Pharmacy.”

“I've been shopping here for years, and I really like it. Great deals if you use the app and their digital coupons. Good customer service. I've taken off a star because the wait times for the pharmacy have gotten ridiculous over the last year. It seems like any time of day, I have to plan on at least half an hour just to pick up a prescription that's already ready (and there have been a couple times where it was supposed to be ready and wasn't, so I had to wait in the line twice). They are seriously understaffed for the amount of work they have.”

I could tell they genuinely cared about getting what I needed to becomfortable and they were trying to do what they could and help me figure out what to do. In the end I was able to get another prescription called in and they were quick to get it filled. So grateful”

“Great store with competitive prices. Easy to navigate and the products are great. It’s nice they have the self checkouts because usually only 1 or 2 lines are open for people checking you out. So you have to make sure you take pictures of the bulk items so you have the codes to input. I’ve tried the seafood and other meats and it was all really good. The bagels are also a steal! And they have lots of good deals in the bulk section.”

I went in this morning and found Judy stocking and asked her if any of my tea was in the back. She went and found two gallons for me. Finally someone who cares about the customer and actually helped!”

“I had an issue with one of the employee’s, but the owner reached out to me and it seems not to be an issue anymore, some people are just nasty, and though I have wisely avoided the particular clerk in question and therefor can’t say for sure if he has stop being a sourpuss, I have found everyone else to be very nice and professional.I am both annoyed and at the same time like their deals, some are actually really good, just make sure that you read what the bare minimal purchase amount requirements are! before you buy at Ridley's, to actually get the deal.P.S: Most of Ridley's deals seem to be tied to their free rewards program, so if you plan on shopping here frequently, it's best that you sign up for it.”
