“Used Rabbit Rentals this weekend for a boys golf trip. We loaded 8 guys and everyone's golf clubs & luggage into a 15-person mid roof van. Lets just start off by saying that the Rabbit Rentals team makes the pickup/drop-off of the van very very easy. The communication that the van was ready (the night before my reservation) was amazing. I was able to get the van the night before we left and make our morning a little bit less stressful. The price was incredibly competitive and for the same van at any other rental car service it would have been at least another $1k more.The van looked brand new and had a lot of great safety features as well as comfort features such as apple car play. I will forever use Rabbit Rental as my preferred choice in rental vans. Couldn't be cheaper and couldn't be easier. Thanks again Rabbit!”

“I had a reservation at a different company (Budget) when I got there to pick it up they didn't have the car I needed (able to hold 2 wheelchairs and 3 people). So I had to cancel. I ran over to enterprise across the street and unfortunately they could get me a car that fit my needs, but they contacted this location and they were able to get me the car I needed on very short notice. They made sure everything would fit. They were super nice and helpful. They took great care to make sure that my rental would accommodate all my needs and made sure I had full knowledge of how everything worked. I was in and out in out in a timely matter and was able to make it to all of my appointments. Thanks for making a stressful day a little easier.”

“Jason and the crew at Woody's did a fantastic job with our 2016 Jetta. We knew exactly what they were going to do and how much we were going to be charged. The parts were ordered and arrived a couple days later, exactly when Jason said they would. We dropped the car off and when we returned it was good as new! I appreciated the process. It was a good, honest experience. I also loved the result. The car was restored to exactly what it looked like prior to it being damaged. I highly recommend Woody's. They're pros.”

“These guys are super awesome! I am a caregiver to my elderly aunt and uncle, who are in wheelchairs. When my car broke down and I had to get a car for their Dr. appointments, I made a reservation at a different company (Budget) on 2 separate occasions when I arrived to get my car they were unable to rent me a car for different reasons. So I ran across the street to Enterprise, and they didn't miss a beat the first day they were able to get me in a car that fit my needs. They were super understanding about my circumstances and help out in a timely manner. The second time Budget screwed me over, I ran over to them again they didn't have what I needed, but they called the Provo location and hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Needless to say, when I needed a car for the third time, I went to them fist (lesson learned). They are awesome and have caring and great people working for them. Thanks for everything. You will always be my #1 choice for my car rental needs.”

“James Murray in American Fork was THE bright spot in a very challenging Budget Car Rental situation. I originally rented at the Provo airport, but wound up with a sporty sedan that sat too low to the ground for my 84 year old disabled dad traveling with me. After 3 days, I returned to Provo to see about swapping it for something a little higher off the ground, but the agent would not work with me. If I wanted to swap cars, I would need to pay an additional $400 for the remaining 3 days in a larger vehicle. I showed the agent I could rent the same larger vehicle he was offering, for half the price on the Budget website a few miles up the road. The agent wouldn't budge, so I returned the sedan early and ran up to the Orem location where I had reserved a larger car online. Upon arrival in Orem, the agent said they were sold out, even though they had given me a confirmation number. Her solution was to send me to Enterprise across the street. I had to ask her to find me another Budget location with availability. After being bounced around with no help, I landed in front of James Murray at the American Fork Budget Car Rental. Not only did he empathize with my TERRIBLE experience at the airport, he offered a free upgrade to an even larger car that would be easier for my elderly parents to get in and out of. James was so friendly, kind, and understanding. He exceeded all my expectations. James Murray at Budget Car Rental in American Fork, Utah is a SUPERSTAR!”

“This review is mixed. When I called about my reservation, the service was strange and my reservation was lost. It wasn’t until I went to the office in person that Kristy helped me. She was kind, provided incredible customer service, and went above and beyond to find my reservation. It was clear that my prior negative experience was due to another employee who answered the phones and called back over two hours later, after I had already made the trip to the office. Your location is up and running thanks to people like Kristy. She deserves a raise.”

“Ok… where to begin. First off this was my first time renting a car. I went online and selected under lehi because that’s close to where I was dropping off my own vehicle to be fixed. I arrived at hertz and right off noticed there really wasn’t many rental cars considering when I booked online under that location there were tons. I got inside and spoke to who I believe introduced himself as Dan . Now the process to get your car is very easy and painless which I liked. I had an employee discount through my company but he said he found me a lower rate because my car was in the shop. Now here is where the problem starts… he says he doesn’t have a mid sedan and tells me I’m getting an upgrade. I get a BMW X1 and Im happier than Christmas morning. He goes out takes pics and looks at mileage, does NOT check the inside settings at all. I drive away and after 15 min in the car I realize I can see my breath and the heat setting is not working. I have a 18 month old In the car and he’s freezing . I call the hertz agent and tell him the heat is not working. He tells me to Google it … I tell him sure I will toverify I’m not an idiot and don’t know hot from cold. Still not working . I called hertz again and politely ask if I can return the car for something with heat he states we are closing and there are no other options. Minutes later a complete blizzard hits. There’s no auto defrost so I can’t see out of my front window to drive . Somehow by the grace of god and 5 mph and my head out the window I make it to my place. At this point I’m locked out of my house when I realize my house key is with the auto shop in af so the only way to get in is to drive back to the auto shop without heat or auto defrost it’s not happening. So I call hertz and am transferred 20 times until I get roadside assistance . The agent takes an hour to process this call then tells me a tow truck will be there in 60 min I get the text it says 120 min…. I have my brother coming to get me so I can get my baby to safety . They tell me I can’t leave I have to wait in or by the car with no heat. My brother gets there and we both call to see where the tow truck is after the time has passed. Well the tow truck driver canceled the tow because of weather go figure and I got no information on this. So I waited for nothing. They said they could get me a replacement but I would have to drive to Provo in the blizzard or Uber . The next day the car is picked up. 4 days later I receive a call .. from hertz in lehi telling me they need the car returned? After explaining the whole story to her I find out she is a manager from the saltlake store place at the lehi one to help the store since it’s struggling … makes since. She is awesome and great and within 10 min I receive my money back. It’s because of her I even continue to use hertz because this situation before her left me not ever wanting to return. I appreciate her just taking the time to listen and rectify the issue .”

“We rented a moving truck to move from Provo to St. George. Pick up was awesome, the staff are very nice and made check in a breeze. However, the St. George office was for some reason closed even though office hours said they were open. There was a drop box with instructions for drop off but we didn’t have the envelope it was talking about and had to go inside another business to grab a pen. Otherwise our rental was pretty smooth and we would use them again for future moves.”
