“Excellent service, great staff, great facility and super location!Between this Park City facility and Heber City, they are the only real car rental option in the Wasatch back (Park City, Deer Valley). Its in the same hotel lot, but its own building with garage to service the fleet. Conveniently located next to the #101 bus to the resort; 30-minute rideshare from the airport, or a ride from the staff when not too busy.I made a next-day reservation when my car had to go in the shop. This was during a busy holiday week! The staff hustled, to fulfill my request and get a vehicle to their location for me. Upgraded me because what I reserved wasn't available.Anyway, during the whole busy pickup process and dropoff, the staff were super friendly, poised, attentive and took care of me. Thanks!”
