“I am so impressed with Carmel. We are staying in Midvale without access to a shuttle to ither than Deer Valley or Park City for skiing! We rented a car and they delivered it to our hotel the night before so we can leave to Alta in the morning early. Issue with the car and no ski racks so she is exchanging the car for us before the office really opens. Really wonderful customer service”
