If management reads this, you might want to speak to the company that does ice and snow removal in the parking lot outside of your store. Today it was pure ice especially right by the handicap parking where people can't afford to fall. This is not your stores fault by any means but I'm putting this here just in case you have any pull to have them ice the parking lot better.”

“I bought a pair of boots at the other location and I told them I’m size 7 in women. But I’m on the budget. And so he scanned my feet and said oh you’re side 6 1/2 and I told him, no I’m size 7 in women but I am size 5 in men and so we went to the cheap section and said try 6 1/2 and I said it doesn’t fit me. So he grabs size 9 1/2 men and I said, these are too big and he said no you’ll be fine since you have wide feet you have so much room. I said no these are way tooo big and continue saying you’ll be fine. So I bought them either way. So I went to another location and asked if I can get a smaller size and told the other guy about my situation and he was more than happy to help me. Got me the size I told him and told him I have wide feet. Got me a different size footbed. And even trimmed it. We tried on 2 different boots to make sure which one fit me the best.”

“Decent shoes and usually have some kind of sale going on. I buy shoes for my kids here and they have more variety and better quality than other chain shoe stores. The shoes are usually practical instead of trying to be cool to market to kids, which I appreciate. I have also bought some shoes for myself here, which tend to wear out a bit sooner than some higher end athletic shoes, but are great if you aren't wearing them all day every day or are okay with buying new ones every 4-6 months.”

“Smaller than it used to be with fewer choices. Before they had 2998 shoes that I would never buy, and 2 that I love. Now, it's only about 1498 shoes that I would never buy, and 1 that I love, and 1 that I just don't like as much. It's not a diss on Famous Footwear. If I ever open my store called "Forever 39" then there will only be 3 shoe choices for men. Not 3 categories... 3 actually different kinds of shoes, and that's it. Formal, sporty, and regular-around-the-house tennis shoes. Easy peasy. But! If you want more selection than that from a store that actually exists already, Famous Footwear is the place for you. They only nag you one time per visit about whether you need help.”

“This Foot Locker provides great service. There are a lot of aspects that are great about this store. First, they provide many trusted brands in their store like Nike, Adidas, Uggs, New Balances, etc. This makes this store so convenient for shoe shopping because it has a wide selection. Next, when you walk in, the store is clean. Everything in the store is very accessible and very well organized. Finally, they provide great customer service. When I was there they gave me great suggestions as well as they were very patient with me. The employees were very understanding and friendly during the whole visit.”
