“This is the best place to buy modest comfortable clothes and shoes! My mom and I went in today and were immediately greeted with a smile by Sterling, she was the sweetest! She was so helpful and kind and spent several hours helping us along with Maddi.They were both very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us look things up and find sizes/colors we wanted. They gave great tips and advice for missions, which was very exciting! We were so so grateful not to have to shop at several stores all day to find things that might work.We were able to find everything we needed for my mom to go on her mission and were thrilled. It was overall a great experience :) We really felt cared for when we were given suggestions based on our preferences. Really the best place for anyone to shop for church, everyday, and even prom dresses! I even got shoes for work even though I am not going on a mission. Their products are great quality and a lot of the clothes and shoes are handmade, and built to last! Which is so great to hear. Would recommend!! Thank you Sterling and Maddi!! ❤️”

“Didn't end up buying anything but the staff members were very sweet. I appreciated them. If management reads this, you might want to speak to the company that does ice and snow removal in the parking lot outside of your store. Today it was pure ice especially right by the handicap parking where people can't afford to fall. This is not your stores fault by any means but I'm putting this here just in case you have any pull to have them ice the parking lot better.”
“Kass was super nice and so helpful. Me and my fiancé went in for matching shoes for our wedding and we were struggling. Kass noticed us and helped us by showing us shoes she liked that matched and we found some we liked! Definitely recommended the store their staff is super nice and helpful.”
“All my work shoes, I have bought them here and I can say that they are very good, non-slip, they last approximately 6 months then they lose grip, prices correspond to the quality, there are sellers who speak Spanish, there is a super offer, the second pair is half Price”
“Great variety. Lots of styles and brands to choose from. This store is full of classy and dressy styles. The women's department has more to choose from and more options for sizes. There weren't many size options in some of the men's items. But, it was clean and organized, and customer service was friendly!”
“The store manager was so easy to deal with. I accidentally got the wrong sized shoe and I got home and was a little frustrated however the way that they handled it was amazing and he was kind and thoughtful and even gave me some advice on how to take care of the new leather shoes I just got! “Smaller than it used to be with fewer choices. Before they had 2998 shoes that I would never buy, and 2 that I love. Now, it's only about 1498 shoes that I would never buy, and 1 that I love, and 1 that I just don't like as much. It's not a diss on Famous Footwear. If I ever open my store called "Forever 39" then there will only be 3 shoe choices for men. Not 3 categories... 3 actually different kinds of shoes, and that's it. Formal, sporty, and regular-around-the-house tennis shoes. Easy peasy. But! If you want more selection than that from a store that actually exists already, Famous Footwear is the place for you. They only nag you one time per visit about whether you need help.”

“They moved so many times in one mall it ain't even funny. But with each move they made it became even better. With their new location closer to the food court and new layout it's pretty baller. They have a great selection of shoes on display and if they don't got it at their Orem store then you're in luck because they may have it in their Provo store at Provo Mall. If you're a sneakerhead come through and check this place out.”
“I rarely go to the mall these days. We got the help we needed when we wanted it and our gal even placed a special order for me because they didn’t have my size. It will be sent right to my house so I don’t have to come back and get it AND shipping was free! Can’t wait! ? Our gal was kind, courteous, and wasn’t trying to rush us even thought it was closing time. I’m sad I can’t remember her name though. (April 27th just before 9pm maybe you can find her based on the schedule) and I got the email right away, but it was in my spam folder so be sure to check there.”
