I could sense she had a genuine desire to help me figure out my problem. While I was there I saw Jamie interact with 3 other customers and she was just as pleasant with them as well. “When I was given a key to a broken mailbox to retrieve my package, I came to this location and they gave me further instructions/ideas on how to open the mailbox. Once following those instructions and the mailbox still wouldn’t open, a worker generously drove down to my mailbox to help me get my package. Now THAT’S customer service!”
“I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are all about. I’ve spent a decent amount of time here over the last few months sending either overnight or priority packages. While there I’ve never heard the staff screaming at anyone, the staff belittling anyone, the staff cutting anyone off, or the staff just being flat out rude. In fact today, as I was trying to overnight a package, there was a guy at the counter that could not, no matter how many times they explained it, figure out that he couldn’t mail something a certain way. He needed to be coddled. I wanted to scream at him because he wouldn’t stop asking them questions as they were helping others. They were more than patient with him even though he just wanted them to do it all for him. Every time I’ve gone in there I forget my pen, and since the counters don’t have any, they’ve always offered one to me. The staff does seem matter of fact from the line but when you’re at their station they are personable, understanding, and patient. I’ve shared numerous dumb laughs with all of them. I think they do a great job and I’m not sure why everyone is saying different. Just because the mailman lost a package or marked it delivered when it wasn’t, doesn’t mean this location is terrible.”
