“My husband and I went into Ferguson to pick up an a/c motor replacement. Josh and 2 others (sorry I forgot the names) helped us out. They did everything to help us make the right decision on what we were buying / needed and who we could contact for a little more troubleshooting. They suggested Pro Elements, and we texted Vern. All of the help we received from Pro Elements, and Ferguson got us up and running. We are so thankful for the guys over at Ferguson. “4 stars because Jeremy figured out what happened to our projector when the installer couldn't find it at the store. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. Jeremy canceled the store pickup and ordered it for home delivery. Now we'll see if it arrives on time. The next install appointment is 2 weeks from now. Definitely think Best Buy should do better in making sure things are in store for scheduled installations!”

With the service, we get a discount on the cost and accessories for our vacuum, plus free filters. I highly recommend A-1 Vacuum and Sewing.
