This is that kind of company.It's so refreshing to see this sort of quality in a product, while still managing reasonable pricing. Also, they sell replacement probes, for a reasonable price, because they recognize that these are something you need to sell as a normal part of such a product.”

“I'm leaving this review for one reason only. My sales guy was amazing. I believe his name was Alan. I was in a hurry and needed an office desk. I was not the most tactful given my circumstances but Alan was not rattled by my direct and curt approach. He didn't try to hard sell me or push me in one direction or another. He simply tried to understand my needs and guided me through the process. Pretty unusual from my experience. Keep that guy! I'll go back to RC just from his sales approach and customer service (calling the warehouse to let them know I was coming).”

“Found the appliances we needed, they worked with us on holding it and loaded it when the time came. Didn't have any issues at all. When we went the first time they had only 1 sells person on the floor, 2nd time there was 2. All in all though they have reasonably priced items, was easy to work with and a very cute guard dog.”

“We came here to get a bbq & some pathway lights. We weren't sure whether the bbq could fit in our car so we had a very nice (very new) girl assist us. She went above & beyond to locate us a bbq that was still in the box that was up in the rafters. She helped us to take measurements of the box & went out to the car to grab measurements of the door. Additionally, just in case the box didn't fit, she set us up with will call so we could leave & come back with a bigger car. This girl was our hero this day! The box fit & we were able to have a great bbq dinner that same night. Everything is well stocked & most the staff had smiles & were polite/said hello. Only 4 stars because the young girl that helped us with will call was less than helpful. We wanted to grab a cover for the bbq and had to repeat ourselves three times before she stopped ringing us up & acknowledged us. She then didn't even bother to point us in the correct direction. Luckily our helpful gal was still around to help us out with the aisle number. Overall, great experience & customer service. Thanks!”

In other words, almost everything I hate, except for help, when it's good.That said they have a better selection of salt with better handles than the other big box. “The most random hole in the wall place! When I say hole in the wall, I do not mean that in a bad way. It is literally one of the best hidden gems ever! I was a little nervous to purchase a bump and demt refrigerator. The one we purchased was literally brand new! It had a tiny little Dent in the upper corner that is it. We have had it for close to a month and it has worked perfectly!”
