Should have gotten the name, but your employee today has been extremely helpful and friendly. Educated me on how to send a package properly if the envelope contains a gift card, and I bought extra stamps just for that purpose thanks to him. He has a beard and was working at the very left station. Thank you!

Meh. Has the post office ever been excellent? No. But it seems that things have gone downhill over the past number if years. Too bad.
